Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring for the position of HVAC Associate for a reputed client in the pharmaceutical sector. The role includes Jr. Executive and Sr. Associate level positions within the Engineering department. We are seeking technically strong professionals with hands-on experience in HVAC systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in pharmaceutical facilities

Monitoring performance of AC units, Chiller systems, and AHUs

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical environmental and engineering standards

Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment

Maintaining maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation

Coordinating with engineering and production teams for system efficiency and reliability

Requirements:

DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / B.Tech

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AC, Chillers, AHUs)

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related engineering projects will be preferred

Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

Ability to work in shift-based / plant-based environments

Experience:

2–3 years of relevant experience required
