Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC CAD Draftsman to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings and coordination drawings for commercial, residential, and industrial projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings based on project requirements.
• Develop detailed ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and HVAC layouts.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, site teams, and other disciplines to resolve drawing clashes.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and standards.
• Revise drawings as per consultant comments and site conditions.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of drawings.
• Assist project teams with quantity take-offs and technical documentation when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Draftsmanship, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC CAD Draftsman in MEP projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Experience in HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and ventilation layouts.
• Knowledge of coordination drawings and MEP services.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
