Position: HVAC Clean Room Manager (Mechanical)

Location: Dholera, Gujrat

Experience: 15–25 years in HVAC and clean room operations

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

Role Overview

Lead HVAC and clean room operations for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility. Ensure optimal environmental control (temperature, humidity, pressure) and contamination compliance per ISO and SEMI standards.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC System Design & Maintenance Manage design, installation, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems for clean rooms.

Oversee air handling units, chillers, ducting, HEPA/ULPA filtration, laminar airflow systems.

Clean Room Operations Maintain ISO Class 3–8 clean rooms for wafer fabrication and assembly.

Monitor environmental parameters and contamination control.

Compliance & Validation Ensure adherence to ISO 14644 and SEMI standards.

Conduct HVAC performance audits and clean room validations.

Leadership Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
