What We’re Looking For

Licensed Master HVAC Technician

Strong residential and/or commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and service experience

Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations

Leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise technicians

Customer-focused attitude with high professional standards

Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business growth and ownership

Your Role

Serve as the qualifying Master HVAC license holder for the company

Partner in business development, operations, and strategic decision-making

Manage and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish

Ensure all work meets industry and code standards

Help establish the company brand, systems, and team culture

Share in profits, leadership, and long-term direction of the company
