Air Masters of Tampa Bay is seeking a high-caliber Commercial Dispatch Manager to lead our expanding service operations. This is a mission-critical leadership role overseeing commercial technician dispatching, workflow coordination, customer communication, and the overall performance of one of the busiest HVAC commercial departments in the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Commercial Dispatch Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the commercial service division. Your responsibilities will ensure:

· The right technician is sent to the right job at the right time

· Top-tier clients receive prompt, accurate communication

· Technicians remain productive, supported, and informed

· Service calls, preventive maintenance (PMs), and quoted workflow efficiently through the system

· Leadership has full visibility into KPIs, capacity, and workflow challenges

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, communication, and running a tight operational ship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Dispatching & Technician Support

· Coordinate and dispatch commercial HVAC technicians

· Monitor job progress, travel time, and technician status

· Ensure technicians have correct job info, parts, and expectations

Customer Communication

· Provide real-time updates to priority accounts

· Maintain 100% responsiveness to commercial clients

· Ensure accurate documentation of all service updates

Scheduling & Workload Management

· Build and manage the commercial PM schedule

· Prioritize emergency calls, service calls, warranty work, and quoted repairs

· Forecast technician capacity and staffing needs

Administrative & Data Management

· Ensure service tickets are updated and closed correctly

· Manage tracking of proposals, follow-ups, and pending work

Pay: $49,844.98 - $60,028.36 per year
