Central A/C system checking Ducting, piping, pumps, AHUs, Fans, CT, VFD, Starters, Controls etc

A/C system sequence of starting / Stopping

Starting the equipments safely

Measuring performance of equipments

Identifying the problems , correcting the same as required / committed

Making performance reports of individual equipments, System

Training the customer for operations like Start / Stop, Dos & don’t's

Critical skill set

Chiller/pump/ Cooling tower / Fans/ AHUs/ Control valves/ sensorsVRF/DX/VAV - working, Parts, analysisng, failure handling

Central air conditioning temperature, RH and pressure understnding

Capable of identifying shortfall involved in central A/c system and clarify with Engg / OEM
