The HVAC Construction Foreman will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients while supervising on-site teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for tracking and documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations such as OSHA.
• Collaborate with project managers on scheduling using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project budgets to maintain financial control while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure all construction activities meet safety standards, conducting regular site safety audits and enforcing OSHA compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of daily progress, safety incidents, and material usage for project documentation purposes.

Skills

• Proven management experience in construction supervision with a focus on HVAC systems installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
• Expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with contracts management and change order processing within a construction setting.
• Skilled in quality control procedures with the ability to identify issues early using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Safety-conscious mindset with thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety protocols.
• Ability to supervise multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
