Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified professional with strong expertise in the execution of Commercial Central Air Conditioning projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MEP services and have hands-on experience in managing HVAC project execution from installation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure quality of HVAC installation at project sites.
• Effectively mobilize and utilize resources to achieve on-time project completion.
• Conduct equipment testing for performance as per design and specifications.
• Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation, including drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, and certificates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably in large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP services and HVAC systems.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
