HVAC Design Engineer

Performance Responsibilities:

· Designing of all types of HVAC systems

· Calculate of HVAC systems loads & selection of equipment’s, preparing tender BOQ, bill quantities, developing Initial HVAC design, documents and drawing

· Ability to solve complex problems pertaining to variety of HVAC design problems

· Provide technical solutions & guiding the team for preparing technical submittals & shop drawings.

· Preparation and providing guidance for preparation of airflow drawings, ducting, RCP, coordination drawings.

· Understanding of GA drawings of major items like AHUs, chillers, DX system items, HEPA, risers, diffusers, grills, etc.

· Generates overall plans, layouts, schematics, flow diagrams, for the concept and implementation phases of projects.

. Preparation of BOQ/ final quantity as per final drawing for procurement.

· Attending meetings with clients & consultants for approval of technical submittals and drawings.

· Research new design ideas or improve existing methods

· Should maintain accurate records of all the project drawings/designs.

· Support to Sales team in desired timeline with BOQ, layouts, quantification, etc.

Key skills and Knowledge

· A Team Leader, Self-driven & Responsible

· Knowledge of Revit is plus

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good hands and Proven experience using Auto CAD software

· Thorough knowledge of HVAC Theory

· Thorough knowledge of the basic design of HVAC system

· Basic knowledge of electricity

· Communication skills to communicate with client, stake holders and vendors

Education, qualifications and experience

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ HAVC drafting

· Best hands on AutoCAD 2D, software, MS Excel

· Minimum 4 years’ experience in Designing of HVAC systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
