HVAC Engineer

HVAC engineers design, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Key responsibilities include performing load calculations, creating system designs and blueprints using CAD software, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. They also collaborate with other professionals, manage project lifecycles, and troubleshoot any system issues that arise. Core responsibilities

• Design and planning:
• Design HVAC systems for new and existing structures.
• Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine system requirements.
• Prepare detailed blueprints, specifications, and design drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Select and specify appropriate equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Installation and project management:
• Oversee and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting:
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation or operation.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on existing systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Compliance and sustainability:
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with local, national, and international building codes and regulations.
• Develop energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technologies and industry standards.

NOTE: The HVAC Technician must have strong experience in temperature-controlled environments and should be willing to work in minus-temperature cold rooms as part of the job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: ITI, DIPLOMA,

EXPERIENCE : 3-9 YEARS

SALARY : Based on Interview
