In this vital role, you will coordinate the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of HVAC technicians and service calls, ensuring timely responses to customer needs. Your expertise in Call house pro system and communication will keep our operations running smoothly, delivering exceptional service to clients while optimizing resource utilization.

Duties

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of HVAC technicians using advanced transportation management systems such as Call House Pro
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track technician locations, optimize routes, and improve response times.
• Manage incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and prompt assignment of jobs.
• Maintain accurate data entry for dispatch logs, work orders, shipping & receiving records, and fleet management documentation.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment needed for service calls.
• Use analysis skills to monitor dispatch performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to phone etiquette and professional communication standards when interacting with customers, technicians, and vendors.

Experience

• Proven experience in dispatching within HVAC, logistics, or transportation management environments.
• Familiarity with Call house pro or other HVAC management systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating dispatch data to improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy in systems.
