Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls
Assist with scheduling and organization on the dispatch board
Review, resolve and close service tickets
Efficiently schedule and route service calls to technicians
Pre-call customers and page service tickets
Resolve any open or incomplete tickets on board from the previous day
Report any issues from the field to the Service Manager
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

2 years of dispatching experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
