HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Site Engineer to manage, supervise, and coordinate all HVAC-related site activities as part of construction or fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites.
• Ensure all HVAC works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, plumbing, civil) to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
• Review and interpret HVAC shop drawings and ensure that work is executed accordingly.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower required to carry out the works efficiently.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and components received on-site for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical/site issues.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is done as per quality and safety standards.
• Ensure HVAC systems are properly tested, balanced, and commissioned before handover.
• Prepare and submit method statements, risk assessments, and other technical documentation.
• Report any deviations or issues promptly to the Project Manager or relevant authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
