HVAC Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the design, execution, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC design principles, load calculations, equipment selection, and project implementation standards per industry codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning
• Perform HVAC load calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., HAP, Carrier, Trace 700).
• Develop HVAC system designs including ductwork and piping layouts.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, VRF/VRV, etc.) based on project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Project Execution
• Supervise HVAC installation work on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with other MEP and civil disciplines for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Provide support for commissioning, testing, and balancing of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues in operational environments.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance procedures are followed.
• Standards & Compliance
• Ensure HVAC design and installations comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes, and green building requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation for authority approvals and certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,912.76 per month
