Mechanical Engineer - HVAC

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and oversee Mechanical (Plumbing, Firefighting & HVAC) engineering works at construction sites.
• Lead the desk top review of design and site measurements and verification of main HVAC equipment and components.
• Develop final design review and modifications in operations and HVAC ductwork layout.
• Design Mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.
• Directly oversee and manage teams of Technicians Consultant, Client, Main Contractor & Subcontractors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in the relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in the Construction Field is Mandatory.
• Professional/ engineering license (Required) preferred CRPEP License holder.
• Familiarity with 2D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
• Hands-on experience in estimation, change order preparation, verification of bills, designing & execution of HVAC projects.
• Has thorough knowledge of designing, planning, scheduling, erection and commissioning & maintenance of HVAC Systems, Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and committed to providing high quality service to every project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month

Experience:

• Mechanical Engineer - HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)
