HVAC Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems across sites/projects. The candidate will be responsible for team supervision, project planning, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of HVAC-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise HVAC technicians, installers, and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare project timelines, reports, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Maintain documentation for equipment, service records, and inventory.
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• 2 years of experience in HVAC operations/project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Vendor and client coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
