Senior HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

ITI (HVAC) / Diploma in Mechanical Eng with 10 + years work experience in HVAC Maintainence/ Service operations, leading a team under him. Expertise in servicing & troubleshooting VRF, ducted, AHU, and split-type systems etc

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead, mentor, and manage a large field service team spread across India
• - Drive service excellence by ensuring timely resolution of complaints, preventive maintenance adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
• - Conduct technical training sessions for service staff on VRF, ducted, AHU, and split systems to enhance skill levels.
• -* Engage with key clients, handle escalations, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.*
• - Collaborate with the procurement and stores teams to ensure the availability of spares and critical materials.
• - Ensure accurate billing and timely recovery of payments related to service and retrofit activities.
• - Track and report KPIs for service delivery, revenue, customer feedback, and team performance.
• - Work across departments to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and streamline processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
