Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to manage operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in hospital and healthcare facilities. The candidate should be skilled in handling AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, Chillers, and ventilation systems with strong problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & maintain HVAC systems: AHU, FCU, Chiller, VRV/VRF, Split Units, Exhaust & Ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
• Troubleshoot cooling/heating issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow in critical hospital areas (ICU, OT, Wards, Labs).
• Maintain logbooks, daily checklists, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
• Coordinate with facility management and vendors for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC.
• 2–8 years of HVAC maintenance experience (hospital experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, temperature control & troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency complaints.
