HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems as per project specifications and load calculations
• Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with approved drawings and standards
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE, and local authority regulations
• Monitor energy efficiency and suggest system improvements
• Prepare reports, method statements, and maintenance schedules
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesRequirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–7 years of HVAC engineering experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, DX systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV
• Familiarity with UAE authorities (DM, DEWA, ADDC, Trakhees, Civil Defense)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and HVAC design software
• Good knowledge of safety standards and quality control
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
