HVAC Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to support the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. The candidate will work under senior engineers and site managers to ensure efficient and compliant HVAC system execution as per project requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Site Responsibilities

• Assist in design, selection, and sizing of HVAC systems including Chillers, VRV/VRF, Split ACs, AHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation systems.
• Support HVAC layout drawings, ducting, piping, and equipment placement as per approved plans.
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation work at site.
• Ensure work execution complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety norms.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and report issues to senior engineers.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and material requisitions.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, measurements, and billing support.
• Maintain records of drawings, approvals, and technical submittals.

Required Skills & KnowledgeTechnical Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Understanding of ducting, piping, insulation, and ventilation systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC drawings and schematics.
• Basic understanding of ISHRAE / ASHRAE standards (preferred).

Software & Tools

• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on-site.
• Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fresher or candidate with up to 3 years of HVAC experience.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Exposure to HVAC projects in commercial, residential, hospitals, malls, or industrial buildings will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,882.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
