HVAC Engineer

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC system design, including heat load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, chilled water systems, and preparation/review of shop drawings.
• Familiarity with Building Management System (BMS) integration and control philosophy for HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, including installation supervision, coordination with other disciplines, testing and commissioning, and project handover.
• Ability to review technical specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit and HVAC design software will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• UAE driving license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review HVAC designs, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate BMS requirements and ensure proper integration of HVAC systems.
• Supervise site activities and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
