Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in HVAC design, construction, and maintenance in the GCC region

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with 5 to 8 years in the GCC construction and maintenance sector. The role involves designing, supervising installation, and managing maintenance activities including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for HVAC systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems according to project requirements and GCC regulations.
• Review HVAC design drawings and installation documents.
• Supervise HVAC system installation and commissioning on construction sites.
• Develop and implement HVAC maintenance schedules, including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Monitor HVAC system performance and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors, FM teams, and consultants to ensure seamless operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during both construction and maintenance phases.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years’ experience in HVAC construction and maintenance projects in GCC.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and PPM processes in the region.
• Skilled in HVAC design software, AutoCAD, and maintenance management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage both project delivery and ongoing maintenance.
