HVAC Engineer In-charge

We are seeking a highly qualified HVAC Engineer In Charge to oversee and lead our HVAC operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities and a solid track record within the UAE market.

· Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the HVAC team to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Oversee project planning and execution to achieve accuracy, timely delivery and minimal rectification visits.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain professional communication throughout all project stages.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and secure competitive pricing.
• Review civil drawings, design HVAC solutions and validate heat load calculations.
• Manage small to medium scale residential and commercial HVAC projects.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance overall team effectiveness.

· Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant UAE experience in residential and commercial HVAC projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in HVAC system design, load calculation and execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with Odoo CRM is an added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure high standards of work.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
