Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong AC Specialist to manage procurement, technical evaluation, and market competitiveness of our HVAC product range. This role is critical in ensuring optimal product selection, supporting sales performance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and finalize technical specifications for split and window air conditioners
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product development, customization, and sourcing
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and feature alignment
  • Manage procurement planning, including demand forecasting and seasonal inventory planning
  • Provide technical support and product training to the sales team
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or new product introductions
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, safety standards, and energy efficiency requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product strategy with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC or AC product management/procurement
  • Strong knowledge of split ACs, window ACs, and HVAC systems
  • Experience in vendor management and supplier coordination
  • Good understanding of UAE/GCC market trends (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
