HVAC Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a freshers for HVAC Estimation Engineer to join our team. The person will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for HVAC projects including chilled water systems, VRF systems, ventilation, and related mechanical works.

Key Responsibilities:

Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.

Quantify HVAC materials and prepare detailed BOQs.

Obtain quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate technically and commercially.

Prepare techno-commercial offers and cost comparisons.

Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications.

Support in value engineering and alternate equipment selections.

Maintain estimation records, vendor data, and pricing databases.

Assist in pre-bid and post-bid discussions with clients and consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
