We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our growing construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise will help drive profitable bids and support the seamless delivery of HVAC systems on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to develop precise HVAC estimates using industry-standard software, Service Titan.
Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for HVAC materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Prepare detailed proposals that include pricing, scope of work, and contractual terms to present competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms that align with budget goals.
Utilize construction estimating best practices to ensure accuracy in cost control, risk assessment, and schedule considerations.
Assist in contract negotiations by reviewing terms related to HVAC scope, pricing structures, and project timelines.
Support project management teams during construction by providing cost updates, change order evaluations, and budget tracking.
Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence for future reference and audit purposes.

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on HVAC systems within commercial or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project delivery methods.
Familiarity with estimating software, experience with Service Titan is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation to secure favorable pricing while maintaining quality standards.
Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into field conditions affecting estimates.
Excellent understanding of cost control strategies, pricing techniques, and project management workflows.
Prior experience working on large-scale residential and commercial projects involving complex HVAC systems will be considered an asset. Pay: $1,000.00 per week
