Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role:
A-1 HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead and support our field technicians. This role oversees daily service and installation jobs, ensures quality work, and helps keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. Must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to teach. Must be Calm, Cool, Collected, and Confident.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC technicians and field operations
• Schedule and coordinate service and installation jobs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support technicians
• Perform job site inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Communicate with customers and office staff on job progress
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians
• Work directly with HVAC Division Manager to grow the division

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
