Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The HVAC Install Field Supervisor leads and trains installation teams in the field, ensuring all HVAC systems, ductwork, and accessories are installed to company standards, code requirements, and customer expectations. This role combines hands-on installation leadership with team development, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • EPA Certification required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems (heating, cooling, refrigeration)
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
  • Comfortable working on ladders (10 ft and above, including extension ladders
  • Knowledge of tool safety and job site awareness
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
