Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial, industrial and restaurant settings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections to ensure systems are operating at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Repair or replace parts, compressors, motors, and other components as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on system operations, maintenance tips, and energy efficiency improvements.
• Maintain detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and work completed.
• Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician (commercial, industrial, or refrigeration experience strongly preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Additional certifications such as HVAC/R Journeyman License or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, refrigeration, and electrical diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
