The Opportunity
We’re hiring an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our service department while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a true player-coach role—you’ll set the standard by producing revenue, supporting your team on complex calls, and driving performance across the department.

What You’ll Do
- Perform HVAC service calls and system sales while maintaining strong individual performance (revenue, average ticket, close rate)
- Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC Service Technicians through ride-alongs, training, and ongoing development
- Own and drive department KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, productivity, and average ticket
- Conduct weekly KPI reviews and support quarterly/annual performance evaluations
- Act as the primary liaison between the HVAC Service team and General Manager
- Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting, pricing, estimating, and sales strategy
- Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Review work orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain ServiceTitan integrity, including pricebook accuracy and proper job documentation
- Contribute to inventory planning, purchasing decisions, and job costing accuracy
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of revenue and KPI targets
- A well-trained, accountable, and high-performing technician team
- Strong customer satisfaction with minimal escalations
- Efficient scheduling and high technician productivity
- Clean, accurate, and consistent operational processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment
- Strong diagnostic and technical HVAC skills
- Experience with system sales and customer-facing service
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
