HVAC Foreman

We Are Hiring – HVAC Foreman (Minimum 2 Years UAE Experience)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman with proven expertise in managing site execution and supervising HVAC works. The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, coordination plans, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership skills, including task allocation, supervision, and maintaining site productivity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ducting systems—fabrication, installation, alignment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in chilled water (CHW) piping, including installation, pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in copper piping works such as cutting, bending, brazing, and joining for HVAC applications.
• Experience in installing HVAC equipment (AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, package units, VRF/VRV systems).
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Strong adherence to safety standards, risk assessments, and site safety procedures.
• Commitment to quality control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
• Capability to prepare daily work reports, progress updates, and material requests.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for on-site HVAC system issues.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
