About Us
Design District Décor LLC is a reputable interior design and fit-out company in the UAE specializing in high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman – Fit-Out to lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation works for interior fit-out projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Lead and manage HVAC technicians and laborers on-site to ensure productivity and quality.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and material requirements with project managers and site engineers.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Inspect installed HVAC systems for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Report progress, site issues, and manpower needs to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of HVAC materials and tools on site.
• Support troubleshooting and minor technical adjustments during installation and commissioning.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Foreman in fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, ducting, piping, and system testing.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team efficiently.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with site teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in VRF/VRV systems and chilled water installations.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
