We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities&middot; Plan, coordinate, and manage interior design &amp; fit out projects from initiation to handover.&middot; Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.&middot; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.&middot; Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery in line with project timelines.&middot; Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with HSE standards.&middot; Facilitate design coordination between architects, engineers, and suppliers.&middot; Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.&middot; Oversee snagging, quality checks, and final handover to clients.&middot; Maintain project documentation including RFIs, variation orders, and progress reports.Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit Out

Position: MEP Project Engineer &ndash; Fit-Out Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout Us Design District D&eacute;cor LLC is a leading interior design and fit-out company in the UAE, delivering top-tier projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors. We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Engineer &ndash; Fit-Out to oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works within our interior fit-out projects to ensure quality, timely execution, and compliance with specifications.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities related to fit-out projects.</li><li>Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance and constructability.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.</li><li>Monitor progress, quality, and safety of MEP installations on-site.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation.</li><li>Manage and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.</li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, architectural, structural) to ensure integrated project delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and safety regulations.</li><li>Assist in material procurement and ensure timely delivery of MEP equipment and materials.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (specialization in MEP is preferred).</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;7 years of UAE experience in MEP project engineering within fit-out or construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and low current systems.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.</li><li>Familiar with UAE codes, regulations, and local authority procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in integrated MEP coordination with fit-out trades.</li><li>Knowledge of green building standards and energy efficiency is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious and challenging UAE projects.</li><li>Professional work environment with opportunities for growth.</li></ul>How to Apply Please send your updated CV to aisha@thedesigndistrict.ae with the subject line: MEP Project Engineer &ndash; Fit-Out.Job Type: Permanent
