We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and manage interior design & fit out projects from initiation to handover.

· Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

· Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery in line with project timelines.

· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with HSE standards.

· Facilitate design coordination between architects, engineers, and suppliers.

· Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

· Oversee snagging, quality checks, and final handover to clients.

· Maintain project documentation including RFIs, variation orders, and progress reports.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. (Master’s degree / PMP preferred)

· 5+ years’ experience in project management for interior design & fit out works.

· Strong knowledge of project planning, procurement, and construction methodologies.

· Excellent client management and communication skills.

· Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines.

Technical Skills

· Project Management Software: MS Project, Primavera P6

· Design Coordination Tools: AutoCAD (viewing & mark-up)

· Strong proficiency in MS Office
