About the Role
As an HVAC Helper, you will support the HVAC Technician's responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, processes, Team Member expectations, and quality and safety standards necessary to represent CMC Corporate Solutions in a professional manner
• Installation Support
• Maintenance & Cleaning
• Tools & Material Handling
• Diagnostic Assist
• Safety Compliance
• Other non-specific duties that arise in support of our Team’s efforts
• Performs other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to work above ground level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
• Must be able to squat/kneel for prolonged periods
• Must be able to operate machinery
• Prolonged bending and walking
• Prolonged heat/humidity
