HVAC Installation Assistant

Summary

We are seeking an HVAC Install Assistant or 50/50 to join our dynamic team in providing top-notch HVAC solutions in the field. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer comfort in their homes and businesses.

*This is a 40-hour per week position, working 10 hours days 4 days a week. Monday-Thursday 7:30-6*

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Help with installing HVAC equipment.
• Maintain a clean/organized work environment on job sites and always follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials for jobs.
• Assist with restocking the truck using a truck restock template.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in HVAC required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
