Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Installation Technician with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent training, education, or certification, who will be responsible for installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as performing retrofits or replacements on existing systems according to specifications, codes, and established safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and connecting equipment, running refrigerant lines, installing ductwork, wiring controls, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
• Assist with material handling, site prep, cleanup, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Work under close to moderate supervision and are expected to demonstrate a growing understanding of HVAC principles, tools, and safe work practices.
• Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service while fostering long-lasting, positive relationships with our valued clients.
• Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent training, education, or certification.
• A basic understanding of mechanical principles and tool use is required.
• Must work in various environments, including standing, walking, and at heights.
• Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions & Schedule:

• Experience the stability of year-round work with our reliable team.
• Participate in an on-call dispatch system, which may include some weekends and nights.
• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the location of the HVAC system.
• Work may be performed in cramped or awkward positions, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and hazardous materials may be possible.
