Position Summary: As a Residential Sheet Metal Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy optimal comfort by installing and fabricating sheet metal components. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, including sheet metal work and ductwork installation
• Proficiency in residential and light commercial HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerants, etc.)
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• The ability to train and supervise others while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Solid safety knowledge when working with tools and equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems and code requirements for installations
• A commitment to excellence in customer service and job performance
• Willingness to invest in your trade tools and maintain them over time
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and aerial equipment
