Because Kight's Quality Air in Indianapolis, IN is looking for ONE thing:

An experienced HVAC Installation Technician who knows their craft and wants a workplace that truly rewards experience and skill.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As our HVAC Installation Technician, you'll be hands-on, in the field, doing work that matters:

• Installing high‑quality HVAC equipment
• Modifying and correcting ductwork
• Completing full system setup, testing, and verification
• Troubleshooting challenges with confidence and precision

You'll report to a central hub each morning before hitting your job sites throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas, giving you stability and support every step of the way. This position has a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with on-call hours and overtime availability.

What You'll Need:

• EPA certification
• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
• Ability to provide own basic installation tools
• Ability to problem-solve when issues arise
