HVAC Installation Technician

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Technician or Install Apprentice to join our growing team. Systems We Work On

· Heat pumps and central air systems

· Mini-split systems

· Geothermal heat pumps

· High-efficiency gas and oil boilers

· Oil furnaces and hydronic heating systems

Responsibilities

· Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories

· Install and modify ductwork, refrigeration piping, wiring, and condensate drains

· Safely braze copper refrigerant lines and perform pressure/leak testing

· Assist with removal and replacement of existing HVAC systems

· Work with gas, oil, heat pump, mini-split, and geothermal systems

· Maintain a clean and organized job site

· Communicate professionally with customers and team members

· Follow company safety procedures, standards, and installation practices

· Complete work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 2+ year of HVAC experience required

· EPA Certification (Type II preferred)

· Basic understanding of electrical and refrigeration principles

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company

· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

· Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. when needed

· Valid work authorization required
