Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll install heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial customers while delivering the exceptional service Aire Serv is known for.

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and related components
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Complete required documentation and job notes
• Represent Aire Serv with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
