HVAC Installer

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment, ductwork and accessories.
• Installation of gas piping, venting hoods and other HVAC related jobs
• Ensure each job meets code requirements and Panther standards
• Assist Install Lead in maintaining a stocked and clean company truck
• Provide exceptional customer service for every customer
• Other duties as assigned

• 
  2+ years HVAC Install Experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
• Mechanical ability to work with tools
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Excellent verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality
• Well organized and ability to work independently

• Constantly required to walk about
• Constantly required to maintain balance while walking, standing or crouching
• Constantly required to reach up and out with hands and arms
• Constantly required to stoop, kneel or crouch
• Occasionally required to push, pull or lift up to 75lbs
• Constantly use hands to grasp objects, pick up objects, move objects or hold objects
• Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
• Constantly identifies and detects written information on equipment labels, written communication, form and other labels/documents
• Routinely required to climb and work from ladders
• Routinely required to work in extreme heat or cold (seasonal)
