HVAC Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team here at Shafer's HVAC, Inc. We have locations in Kittanning, Butler and Mars. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We do residential and commercial installs and need an employee who is motivated and reliable.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units and boilers..
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working with refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with team members to build and plumb new HVAC installations.
• Drive company van to various job sites for installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Ensure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards.
• Deliver professional service and maintain a clean and safe job site.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Familiarity with HVAC and Air Conditioning equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems related to heating and cooling technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience installing heating and air conditioning systems.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
