HVAC Installer

HVAC Tech / Mini Split Installation Support wanted.

Growing home energy retrofit company looking to hire an experienced HVAC tech / mini split installer. Ideal candidate is drug free, self-motivated, has a clean driving record, has strong customer service skills, is hard working, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work. EPA 608 certification preferred. Mini split heat pump experience is required. Insulation, carpentry and or drywall is a plus. Current driver's license and clean driving record is a must. Position would involve up to 25% of work in attics and crawlspace which can be hot, dusty and uncomfortable. Candidate must be hard working and OK with working in tight spaces. Work involves installing whole house heat pumps, mini split head units, condensers, wall mounting brackets, running linesets, flaring linesets, running conduit, electrical etc.

Must be able to competently perform nitrogen leak tests and vacuum linesets using a vacuum pump and manifold gauges. Experience diagnosing mini splits / heat pumps is a plus. Compensation starts at $24-36/hr depending on experience. This is a Full time position and the following benefits apply: Two weeks paid vacation, Health benefits, and 4 day work week. Work area is throughout Northern Arizona and surrounding areas.
