What You’ll Do:

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll support residential HVAC installations from start to finish — ensuring every system you install reflects the quality and craftsmanship that homeowners expect from Leonard Splaine Co.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Remove outdated HVAC systems and prepare installation areas
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems
• Support and manage workflow efficiently
• Ensure all work meets local and national code requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace at each home
• Communicate with homeowners about system operation and answer questions
• Document all job details in ServiceTitan accurately and on time

What You Bring:

· 2+ years experience in residential HVAC installation

· Strong understanding of local codes and best practices

· EPA certification

· Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Valid driver’s license with a clean record

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
