Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team as a 1099 subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and repairing in residential and commercial settings. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing assigned installation projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and building codes.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine optimal installation methods.
• Select and install appropriate materials, components, and equipment for each project.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deficiencies with installed systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct on job sites.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
• Proficiency in installing various types of HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Must own HVAC tools, and be familiar with HVAC equipment, and materials.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification and/or relevant trade licenses preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check
