The Work

This is for installers who take ownership of the job.

• Complete full HVAC system installations (split systems, package units, heat pumps, WSHPs)
• Follow proper install procedures — no shortcuts
• Ensure clean, professional, code-compliant installs
• Handle duct modifications, line sets, electrical, and startup
• Work alongside a lead installer and support the job from start to finish
• Communicate with dispatch and office clearly
• Represent the company professionally on every job
• Solve problems in the field without excuses
• Protect the customer’s home and leave it better than you found it

What We NeedMust Have

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC install experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to perform installs as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and pride in your craft

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Experience with high-rise / WSHP systems
