HVAC Installer

Downtown Air and Heat, a family-owned and operated company in Orlando, Florida seeking an experienced Installer to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Emergency Service rotates one weekend every six weeks
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Diagnose cooling, heating, zoning problems
• Diagnose air flow problems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Change out condensers and air handlers
• Repair, replace, ductwork
• System installations

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years in the field
• Must have own tools
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work rotating emergency schedule
• Capable of handling physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
