Job Description

Our installers assist their assigned lead to replace existing heating and air conditioning units and duct work in the residential retrofit market space. Install helpers are responsible for installing these units in the client's home with the attention to detail and professionalism. Working on two man teams, our install helpers are provided with the tools, equipment, and resources needed to complete these installations within the time frame and specifications illustrated by our pre-site engineers, design specialists and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at most aspects of the replacement of HVAC Systems
• Working knowledge of city codes
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends if needed

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet climates depending on the weather
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
