HVAC INSTALLER

Jackson Heating & Air is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout North Central West Virginia and specialize in HVAC system replacements and change-outs. We are committed to providing quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Install replacement residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and related equipment
• Perform HVAC system change-outs and equipment upgrades
• Follow installation plans and manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and code requirements
• Perform equipment startup, testing, and system verification
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate job documentation and material records
• Assist in training and supporting apprentice installers as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Experience performing HVAC system change-outs and replacements
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures
• Sheet metal fabrication and installation experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
